Custard classic

What you need:

  • 500 ml vanilla custard (cold)
  • 500 ml yoghurt
  • 10 ml Fruit Splash Strawberry syrup
  • 1 mandarin

What you do:
Peel the mandarin. Pour a little bit of syrup (2-3 ml) into 4 glasses. Then carefully pour the custard over the round side of a dessertspoon: this makes it easier to keep the custard floating on top of the syrup. Top the custard with a layer of yoghurt (also poured over the round side of a dessertspoon). Garnish this classic dessert with some mandarin.
