Kir framboise (with or without alcohol)

What you need:

  • 6 teaspoons of Fruit Splash Raspberry syrup
  • 4 raspberries
  • 500 ml cooled prosecco (sparkling white wine) or children’s champagne (no alcohol)

What you do: 
In a bowl, stir 2 teaspoons of caster sugar with 2 teaspoons of raspberry syrup. Put a bowl with water next to it. Dip 4 champagne glasses one by one first in the water, then in the bowl with sugar/syrup mix to give the glass a nice pink sugar rim. In each champagne glass, pour 1 teaspoon of raspberry syrup and drop a raspberry in it. Pour the prosecco or children’s champagne on top of it. Cheers!
