Raspberry rosemary ice cream

What you need:

  • 1 lemon
  • 100 ml Fruit Splash Raspberry syrup
  • 1 sprig of rosemary (or 15 g)
  • 2 teaspoons icing sugar
  • 125 g raspberries
  • 20 g dark chocolate
  • 500 ml vanilla ice cream

What you do: 
Squeeze the lemon. Boil the lemon juice, the raspberry syrup and rosemary in a saucepan and let it thicken for a few minutes. Sieve the raspberry mixture and add the icing sugar. Add the raspberries to the mixture. Grate the chocolate. Divide the ice cream over 4 plates, top with the raspberries and mash and decorate the plates with chocolate.
